Job Description:

Processes to implement and oversee:

 

Contracts Administration:

 

New service assets

Maintain service assets

Serial number accuracy

Component maintenance

Installation invoicing

Maintenance invoicing

Sim invoicing

Contract invoicing

 

Stock / Warehouse Administration:

 

Purchase orders

GRV’s

Stock takes – all locations

Stock business processes

Stock housekeeping

Supplier liaison

 

Sim Card Administration:

 

New sim cards / activations

Sim cancellation

Sim business processes

Correct sub-accounts

Sim billing

Sim reporting

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Grade 12

Relevant tertiary qualification in bookkeeping and logistics will be advantageous

Staff management skills and experience

Strong admin skills

Good computer literacy

Own transport

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Good communication skills

Pay attention to detail
